Bandpad translation application
Using Vue.js, Quasar and MongoDB, I worked alongside another developer to create an upgraded version of Google Translate. Our application allows website owners to hire translators to use our platform to quickly and easily translate their website into over 100 different languages. While I was the Lead Front end developer, I worked heavily on the backend side and learned how to connect a database to a web application. I made all decisions about UI/UX using Quasar and organized the code into components using Vue.js. We had code reviews once a week and learned how to properly comment and organize the code.
