I’m a Technical Artist and Tools Engineer with a background in software engineering, focused on building procedural systems and artist-friendly tools for animation and real-time pipelines. At Aeon Nexus, I develop workflow-driven software that streamlines complex processes, collaborating closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.
Alongside my professional work, I’ve pursued technical art through self-directed, production-style projects—developing Houdini HDAs for procedural environment generation, custom real-time look development tools in OpenGL, and shader-driven workflows in Unreal Engine and Maya. My work emphasizes non-destructive pipelines, clear parameterization, and rapid iteration, allowing artists to focus on creative intent rather than technical overhead.
While my experience in animation is project-based rather than studio-based, my background in software engineering brings strong transferable skills: ownership of complex systems, maintainability-focused design, and clear communication across technical and creative roles. I’m motivated by building tools that bridge technical complexity and artistic expression, empowering artists and scaling creative workflows.
